    This is a copy of original Madame Alexander Dealer price lists/order forms.
    The lot contains the following:
    1962-partial list, 8" dolls are missing as are some of the Little Genius and 10" Cissettes.
    1963-partial list, ONLY includes 8" Wendykins, 10" Cissette, Little Genius, and Littlest Kitten. All other sizes and types are missing.
    1964-Maybe a partial list, looks like the only thing that might be missing is 21" dolls.
    1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974-each of these years are included and complete.
