Ebay has not changed the shipping estimates to account for the pandemic or the USPS slow down.  Thus, an Ebay delivery estimate of, say, 3 days, is unreal.  So I have increased the "handling time" to reflect
the continued slowness of the USPS during this pandemic.
MY "handling time" is still just 24hrs to have your package in the mail. The rest is up to the USPS.
