Antique Beautiful Nippon Handpainted Moriage Fine Porcelain Trinket Box. Porcelain marked Nippon dates between 1891-1921. This piece also appears to have the artist signature in gold paint inside the lid of the trinket box (see photo). There is a brush tip/tiny line of gold paint inside the lid. The top of the lid has a small scratch in the porcelain that doesn't impact the finish (possibly during production?) - see photos.The 3 legs on the trinket box are sound and there are no breaks or chips on this piece. The coloring is beautiful and the gold painted Moriage decoration is elegant. This piece is in very good condition. The trinket box is two separate pieces, top and bottom - you are buying 2 pieces--top and bottom. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
